We’re breaking down barriers to wellness by expanding beyond traditional labels like yoga studio, therapy, or co-working space. Instead, we’re building a space where care, community, and mental health are embraced without stigma—where everyone can show up as they are and find meaningful connection.

The Sanctuary Studio is an eclectic wellness space which means we offers variety of classes beyond yoga. All of our offerings support and guide individuals to be present in their minds, bodies, and hearts while honoring each moment with kindness, compassion, and acceptance. We are a body-positive, anti-diet culture space where all shapes and sizes of bodies are welcome and supported by our various teachers and staff.

Come to co-work and stay for the connection and community! We offer various co-working passes and memberships. Plus, gift yourself care without leaving the space by joining in on a class within the Studio or booking a private session with one of our practitioners! The Sanctuary is home to a variety of independent wellness practitioners who offer services ranging including massage therapy, mental health therapy, reiki, somatic coaching, occupational therapy, and tarot readings.
